PRODUCT INFORMATION: Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves of the Camellia sinensis bush and is one of the least processed types of tea. For this reason, it contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols. It is naturally low in calories and contains less caffeine than black tea.
TYPE OF USE: Generally, one uses 2g (about 1 teaspoon) of tea per 300 ml of water (80°C). It should be steeped in water for 2-3 min. It should be strained before it is served.
